Actually it’s nice product, user friendly all girls need it and the customer service was too good actually my product was not working within a week but the team is replace the product within a 3-4days customer service was too good and very kind they helping until the product replace it really thankful for the customer service.

Good performance and the heat control worked well at first. However, after about 6 months of usage, the heat control dial stopped working and the dryer no longer heated. Overall decent product, but durability needs improvement.

يعمل حراره عاليه ولكن هناك مشكله ينفش الشعر ماعرف السبب سريع بسرعه يخترب الشعر بعد استخدامه ولكن انا خذته لتجفيف الشعر جيد

Not suitable for my hair type(wavy). Had to use brush through many times to even get a blow dry effect..advertisements are deceiving. Probably this is best for people with almost straight hair..Returned it.

Bought in Feb 2025, stopped working May 2025
