This pair of long socks is of good quality. It offers the right amount of thickness to keep my legs warm. The material in the feet area is not as thick which prevents overheating. I wear the socks around the house and have not experienced it falling down. However, if I were to wear it outdoors, I may have to secure it. The texture and softness is pleasing and it washes well, either by hand or machine and it retains its colour. I can confidently recommend this product.

My wife absolutely loves these socks, she now has 5 different pairs and wears them almost constantly.She's a regular gym goer and does a lot or work on her lower body and finds regular socks are too slim fitting, but these are just perfect for her and they'd stretch well to an even larger size if necessary.She bought the first pair a couple of years ago in the hope that they'd be OK but they are fantastic. They keep her warm, have a great fit, they're comfortable and they look absolutely incredible!Recommended

I don't often endorse stuff I buy on Amazon. These socks were an unexpected delight. The little garter belts supplied with them to hold them up work very well (though I kept thinking of Silas' celice from The DaVinci Code). The socks have proper socky feet and very long, stretchy legs. To have them fit MY legs was amazing and I'm impressed. They are quite loosely knitted so I'm expecting they won't last too long hence 4/5.

These are the first thigh high socks I've found that fit nicely without cutting in to my fat like twine around ham. They also stay up quite well without garters, and they're pretty cosy. I didn't realise they came with the garters, which is great. I'm a size UK 16-18 with thick thighs, and these are a perfect, comfortable fit.

Can’t really comment as ordered these for a physically disabled friend who thought the fastening bands may be useful but had to return them as the size was wrong for her. But promptly delivered and return was easy.

A little put off by the photo as I don't have unusually big legs, but any other over the knee sock I've ever bought have been too tight or too short, or both. These are great! Roomy, soft and comfortable and definitely thigh high. Beautifully presented in small box and even has garters to help hold them up. Like any over the knee socks they tend to fall down with activity even with the garter but easy enough to pull up from time to time. Bought a second pair and would definitely recommend except for those with ultra slender or short legs.

Just what I needed. Long enough for a tall woman and warm. I have numerous pairs in different colours. Great as bed socks too if you get cold legs
