Great value for your money. I highly recommend.
I bought this because I didn’t want to bring my large waterpik. This is very compact and easy to transport. It holds a charge pretty well but the charging cord is easy to pack if needed. It works well, has great cleaning power and plenty of attachments. Really easy to use. Great value for your money. I would highly recommend.

Well I loved it until it stopped working
I fell in love with this thing and I was using it every after every meal and actually it just made my mouth cleaner and healthier, and I could tell the difference even after flossing it got food out from under your gums and honestly, I was thanking myself over and over that I had bought it and then it just stopped And then one night I was sleeping and I heard this pivoting sound and I thought it was my neighbor, maybe trying to put some furniture together drilling holes, and as I walked closer to the bathroom to use it, I heard the water pic just expressing water on its own, spraying it across the bathroom And it sprayed like a whole container full of water. It just went on by itself and then a couple days later it wouldn’t go on at all and then I plugged it in again and it went on for like three minutes and then it just stopped, and now it hasn’t worked for a week. I tried desperately to figure it out, but I just ordered another one yesterday and for $70. I wish I hadn’t bought had to buy another one I couldn’t figure out if this one could be repaired but you know it was after the 30 days so I suppose I’m stuck with the broken one and I’ve spent $70 to get another one, but I hope the next one last more than two months because you only have 30 days to return it , hope it last forever actually, I never heard it anyway properly anyway, I’m kind of bummed but looking forward to next I guess maybe cellar or someone will read this and consider sending me one

Most frustrating device I've ever dealt with!
I had great hopes for this travel waterpik. My hopes were dashed. Charging it is the biggest problem. First, it doesn't come with a charging brick, leaving you to find one that will work. I have the Waterpik Ion, cordless, which comes with a brick, so decided I would use that one. It worked for a few days. So, I left it charging for several days and it worked for about a week. We traveled to Ireland and I had the appropriate adaptors and a convertor. When we got to the hotel, the previously completely charged device had NO power. Tried to charge it but it took 2 days get enough power. Meanwhile, I have both upper and lower bridges and implants and have to water floss to really get my teeth clean. I was extremely frustrated and very sorry I didn't bring the Ion flosser, which has some issues, but at least eventually charges up. But, it's bigger and because of the battery, airlines prefer it travel in your carryon luggage. About 5 days into our trip, the travel flosser started working. Then, on the 2nd to last day, it quit again. I've not been able to get it to charge again. I've tried different bricks, different outlets and no power or light at all. The manual also doesn't say anything about just using the USB port, but don't try it, it doesn't work either. I've purchased at 10+ Waterpics over the past 7 years trying to find one that fits my bathroom counter and find one for traveling. I think I'll try a different brand. I have a cheap, travel water flosser, rechargable, that I haven't used in over a year. It's very portable and I just tried it again and it's still got a charge. As soon as I can find their contact info, I'll be returning this travel Waterpic. They've already replaced the Ion Flosser twice because of charging issues, it's apparently my hard water and must be cleaned with vinegar at least once at month. That was never mentioned in the manual. Waterpic, you can do better! I'm really disappointed!

Good but flawed
I bought this unit because I needed a compact water flosser for daily use and I was hoping the Waterpik brand meant something. Initially the unit worked well although I didn't like the single multi-press button. I find it too easy to change the pressure setting when turning it on and off. It failed after 6 months (and 2 days before I was leaving on vacation). When I got back from vacation I picked up the unit to find the serial number and contact support and it was working again! It worked for about 3 weeks before dying completely. Does not turn on and does not charge. I contacted Waterpik support this morning and after a couple of painless email exchanges they shipped a replacement unit. But here's why I'll continue to buy Waterpik products. I bought a cheaper water flosser of a similar design to use while I sorted out the Waterpik and the first thing I noticed was the poor quality of the tip for the cheap flosser. The end is flat with a hard edge and the water jet is noticeably coarser. The tip on the Waterpik is small, smooth, and rounded and the jet is finer and more powerful. The cheap flosser isn't bad but the Waterpik is better where it counts.

¡Excelente compra! Súper recomendado

Stopped working within a year, does not charge. Amazon says it is under warranty and directs to the manufacturer. Manufacturer says this model is not under warranty and they only cover purchase from official store/affiliates so that I should contact the seller.

A good product. The sad thing is that this dental flosser does not provide a place to store tips. This is rather inconvenient when travelling. Where to keep the tips after use? Other brands do provide a place within the instrument to keep tips after use.

Worked well when it was working. Battery went dead and stopped working after 6 months despite many attempts at recharging.
