Worth the money, easy to adjust

I bought this item for my daughters birthday. The item arrived in good time and nicely packaged, upon first inspection it appeared to be a lovely ring unfortunately, this was not to case. My daughter put the ring on and the heart shaped gem fell out along with the heat sensor sticker 'thing'She was gutted as she had been waiting along time for this item but now it is completely unsafe.I started a return (missed the deadline as I ordered in advance) however, customer services were really good, originally they wanted me to post the item back but then decided I could, bin it, donate it or keep it (email issue) the ring will be going in the bin and a full refund is on the way.If you do decide to purchase this item please do a thorough check of it.I wouldn't recommend it

Unfortunately doesn't come with a colour chart of what each colour means which is a shame as brought as a present.

The stone fell out after one wear. Do not buy...
