This has really been helpful for my dad with this neph tube and the bag tied to his leg - it’s softer against his skin and keeps the bag from moving around when he walks. It as also gives a smoother look under his pants.

There are pros and cons when it comes to this strap. Got it for my grandfather's urine leg bag. He sits 24/7 and started to feel pressure after using this for a few hours so we just took it off. It may have been pressing on the bag too hard causing it to backflow but I'm not sure. I would say this works well for people who are up and about and want comfort and doesn't work as well for people who don't walk much but give it a shot! Everyone is different and grandad is very picky lol.Pros: Overall it's more comfortable than elastic straps.Cons: Pocket that holds bag may press too hard against bag and cause it to back flow.The very top of the band tends to roll back down the leg a little bit causing it to feel too tight in that area.

Hard to keep inplace, bag would not open up all of the way, also needed additional support to keep from sliding down you leg. What I liked is the drain valve for empting it.

I looked like a good product. And got the correct size. But it just didn't stay in place. As I walked around or the cather bag slipped the cover fell right with it.

This is more comfortable than having the scratchy bag against your leg. It also keeps the bag in place more securely than the straps. Also, it feels less clammy than having the bag against your skin in warm weather.

I got these to hold my nephrostomy bags after I read the reviews. They do hold the bags effectively, although it really is good to empty them at about 1/2 full because the weight of the liquid will drag them down the leg if they get too full. They are comfortable for sleeping, sitting or walking when placed just above the knee. They also go through the washer and dryer very well. All in all, I do recommend these sleeves for use
