Coming out of the package, it always looks ridiculously small but it certainly stretches and forms nicely to the body, providing the best amount of compression of any shirt on Amazon. The product quality is good. I opened it & thought, "I'm never going to squeeze into that." But I did. In my case, I was trying to minimize a beer-belly that is 100% visceral fat (fat under the abdominal muscles) and it didn't help me. If you are dealing with belly fat that sets on top of your abdominal muscles, I believe this would work well.
