The capacity refers to the receiver. They should be the same, but some hopper is bigger than the receiver because of the adjustment design.

Q: Approximately how many turns to get a fine espresso grind? thanks

In my experience, it's 20-30 seconds of rapid grinding for 14 grams of dark roast coffee (I use the espresso range, at about 120 clicks from zero). Hopefully this helps
