Worked for 4 months, then died in the middle of an interview
I got this as a secondary battery because I do a lot of events and it's incredibly handy for weddings and corporate events.However.... it died on me during an interview this morning with a corporate client. Humiliating and a horrible look for my business. I literally had the other battery do the same thing at a wedding during the reception. Pissed off would be an understatement.I properly store and use all my batteries. Still use various batteries for other gear that are going on 5+ years in my roster, so it wasn't a user error. 100% Faulty Device.No help from Amazon who just deferred me to Zhiyun's website for a warranty which is all in Chinese lol. Got a good 4 months out of it though. Other than that it was unreliable, customer support has been literally non-existent, and now I have another $130 paper weight.Would love it if the seller decides to make things right, happy to update this review in that case.
