I got this to do some research on a precision bass purchase...and it was well worth the investment. It was very informative..has some stunning pictures of teh vintage and up tp date models...and nice "trainspottery"detail about the logo transfers, the components used and how they have changed over the years. If you love bass guitars and want to find out more about the "originals" this is a good place to start..I might invest in a few more books about fender as I found this one so fascinating. It's way too expensive a hobby to collect these babies......so Read(about) them and weep!!!Chcek out the white precision, with white headstock, scratch plate...and gold coloured hardware.......I want....!!!!

It features some amazing pictures of classic models, their creators and players. Essential coffee table book for bass players!
