Bought this product with a 2 years extended warranty. Product stopped working within the period of warranty. Amazon customer service informed me as the product is sold by a 3rd party i would need to contact the seller directly. Did as suggested, sent the product back to Moulinex customer service/ technical support, its 25 days days plus, no product replacment sent till date. In my follow up email received in was informed that they are waiting for a product to be sent to them, only once they receive it will i then be sent a replacement product. No sense of urgency shown from their technical support team at all. They reply in 48 hrs or more, all standard format email replies, no time frame provided if requested. Moving forward i will think twice or even thrice or as many times as it takes before i purchase a Moulinex product. The after sale customer service/technical support is ruining the name and image of a leading market brand or has Moluinex actually lost it's ability to produce quality?

I specifically purchased this item, as I needed a bigger chopper. The capacity of the container is indeed 800ml, but when it comes to vegetables, you can only fill it up to 30%, otherwise it will not chop them. So I still need to go for many rounds, to do my food. I was presuming that if it has three rounds of blades, I would manage to fill the container at least under the upper level of blades, but it gets stuck. I can only fill it up uder the 2nd level of blades and chop. My old chopper, a much cheaper one, had only one pair of blades and I could still chop bigger quantities of food at once. Another thing, it says in the description that the anti slip round mat is made from rubber. Well, in reality it's ordinary plastic. Very slippery. I have to properly hold down the whole chopper when I run it. I have given 4 stars for this product, but in all fairness, I believe it's worthy of 3 stars.

Managed to get this because the Tefal Mini pro chopper is so hard to find. Excellent alternative and would def recommend.

It is fantastic

The machine is really not good enough for proper cooking. Can’t use it for hard items. Only good for soft mixing or mashing. Caused me wasting around £10 in both posting costs to find the above fact. Booked pickup the parcel service from home. The pick up guy was extremely arrogant and no amount of packaging or tapes were enough for him. Kept threatening that if it came out of the box or damaged we are not going to get a penny in refund. Although we used the same cartons the machine was received in - in addition to the Moulinex own box. Harrowing experience. Won’t use this seller again.

Had purchased the smaller version 0.5l in red double blade for my son who went to university 5 years ago. It is the best blender chopper I have ever tried. When my heavy duty (expensive one) died on me I progressed to buy one for our kitchen in the size 0.8l ( ideal for a bigger family). The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that the silver paint work was scratched. So it was either a display item or someone returned it (it’s working great though). Would definitely recommend.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Se usato con tutte e 3 le lame riduce la preparazione a una crema; se usato a impulsi o con una sola lama trita anche grossolanamente in pochissimi secondi. Facilissimo da pulire (si può lavare anche in lavastoviglie). Ci ho preparato anche dei frappé con la frutta congelata e sono venuti cremosi e gustosi! Ha un sistema di sicurezza che impedisce che il frullatore funzioni quando tutti gli elementi non sono posizionati perfettamente. Molto comoda la base antiscivolo che può essere utilizzata anche come coperchio per il bicchiere. Finora non ho trovato nessun difetto! Per quanto riguarda la spedizione amazon è stato impeccabile come sempre!

Hachoir reçu avec une prise anglaise. J'ai contacté Amazon qui n'a pas pu m'aider (Amazon était l'expéditeur) et j'ai donc contacté le vendeur Bright Sparks France qui m'a tout de suite répondu en m'expliquant que je pouvais dévisser la prise, enlever le cache et à l'intérieur il y a la prise française. Effectivement ! Ce hachoir semble très robuste. Il n'est pas très bruyant, peu contenir une quantité importante. Pour l'instant je m'en suis servi pour des aromates et fruits secs et je suis très satisfaite du résultat.

Ich liebe den Zerkleiner von Moulinex. Es ist schon mein Zweiter und möchte es in meiner Küche nicht vermissen. Ich benutze es nur zum fein Hacken. Das Ergebnis ist sehr gut, es erleichtert das Kochen, man arbeitet schneller. Leicht zu reinigen, ab in die Spülmaschine et voilà! Einfach toll!

2 veces la pedí y 2 veces tuve que devolverla porque venía con enchufe de tipo inglés, no compatible con los que hay en España. Deberían de avisarlo en las explicaciones del producto.
