Used it twice, on a flat surface, nothing pulling on the cord and the connection at the back came loose so it's unusable, cost me £10 each use!!! C**p, glad they're not selling them any more as they're rubbish.

The product does work, but you have to be virtually touching it to feel the effect, it's pretty cheaply made for the money, and the fan is basically what you would find in a computer and doesn't go that fast. The air that is produced is slightly cooler, so not all negative.

Being on a budget means not being able to afford a large air conditioning unit in the increasingly hot summers but this was a game changer! Excellent value for money. Not too noisy & really cools me off. I find that using water that has cooled in the fridge first improves the effect of this too. It can run for about 7 hours on one refill but I’m not comfortable using it over night. The LED light is a nice addition too.

I knew at this price this device was likely a swamp cooler which used cotton or similiar to put water in front of a fan to cool a room by evaporation and bring up the humidity.I was not prepared for the cheapness of the product. Its a cheap plastic box with no drainage hole and a terrible water indicator. The pieces squeek together and are not well made/ Then the worst offence the USB powered device just uses an off the shelf computer fan that is loud and slow. Honestly I could buy a better fan at retail for a PC around £5.So the Bill of Materials on this device is clearly sub £10 prob closer to £5 and it is terribly made. At this price it is a total ripoff.

Has lasted me couple months and is still working fine. Is a bit noisy and is cheap material but u get what u pay for. I use it right next to my bed when im sleeping or put it on my desk when im using my PC. Its more of a fan than air conditioner but it keeps me cooler than bigger, slightly more expensive fans ive bought in the past.

There is a very slight cooling effect when you use this with ice cold water but it's not very effective and it doesn't last long as the water warms up. On the plus side, it's a reasonably quiet fan.

It was poor quality and broken when delivered

This product is not worth £5 never mind £55. It's a fisher price fan with some foam inserts that soak water up. Instructions advise you to fill up with crushed ice of you want extra cool. I can do that with a fan.Cheaply made expensive plastic nonsense. And if you expect to have a conversation on the room whilst it's buzzing away, you will have to shout.DO NOT BUY.And funny, how this order is now no longer available. Looks like another scam on Amazon.Returning.
