Doesn't work half the time. It's completely hit or miss on whether the pilot will light that day. We contacted the company and after pushback, they agreed to replace the product. However we would need to uninstall it, ship it back, trust that the new one they sent worked and then pay to have it professionally installed again. We calculated the costs it wasn't worth it so now we're stuck with a faulty product and out the money we paid for the fireplace and installation. Absolutely do not recommend this product.

Works well. Inspect the product thoroughly as our first one was damaged. Quick replacement. Thanks Amazon for your help.

This fireplace looks used. It is damaged and I feel unsafe attempting use. I am getting pushback about returning it.

The look is great of the flame burning. The issue is after the unit reaches temperature it shuts off. Then there is smell of propane gas. The valve does not seem to close properly. This unit I would not recommend to buy. As a retired gasman I know that this is not normal. PROCOM never respond to my email or the B.B.B. complaint that I started. They the B.B.B. just informed me that they also had no response from PROCOM.
