I love how powerful is it, I also use it for my massage clients, with my masseur knowledge, I target some big, sore muscles with it and they love it, for me, it has help after my powerlifting workouts and help my skin stay tight and firm.

This thing works really good but if you don’t have BIG hands, you will have a hard time gripping this thing. It’s design was not well thought out.

Mainly purchased to lessen the cottage cheese appearance on my gluts/tush and thighs. Though haven’t used often for that so no seen results ( yet?), but found it Extremely helpful in relieving any aches, pains, stains after working out on pilates. No more pain the next day. Absolutely non and I have a heavy long workout too. This will work even if you don’t workout and have some aches or sore muscles. (Certainly not for sprains, or any other conditions that may require a doctor.) I have small hands and find is easy to use. If I use for a very long period of time on each area in 1 session I might wear gloves with some grip/traction like fingerless weightlifting gloves to make it easier to hold. You do feel it on your skin at the lowest setting without being uncomfortable; and the high, is intense but not in a hurtful way. Just need a little more of a grip to hold. The covers fit and wash (via hand) nicely. I use either baby oil, and my 64 yr old skin looks awesome by using coconut, grape seed, or any type of those oils. Each is wonderful on your skin. The oil penetrates into your skin, not leaving it oily. I use after shower/before bedtime. Overall very happy customer. Highly recommend. I do feel in time my cottage cheese look will lessen.
