The device stopped working. It is not powering on anymore. First one I received had to be replaced within the return period, and Amazon replaced it. The second one worked for a while, but I don’t use it regularly. Now, it’s not powering on at all. I’ve tried changing the adapter, but that hasn’t helped either.

Device is good for usage but unfortunately, they are not Activating Windows. It should be mentioned in the product description that it is not activated.Price in Amazon is too high. Take it from other website like electroniksindia. You will get better deal

It's small, compact, fast. Good for doing basic computer works like Ms office, tally, YouTube etc. Also good for small games. But it's not for heavy gaming.

But the performance of the PC is exemplary, be it graphic design, video editing or photo editing, it works smooth as butter. 4K support is also amazing( being used in 4K TV as primary monitor).In recent days after an update I was facing some technical issues with Microsoft Activation, but the support team of Electroniks India was very supportive and rectified my problem (5stars to their customer service)

This product is good but don't expect any customer care support. Customer care is rude and absolutely not helpful. I felt they are technically not sound too. But the product is very good.
