Very happy with it.
Good fermentation vessel, although you'd have to try hard to produce a bad one. That said it is much better than my last one,( greater capacity, (although brewing extra will lower the Abv) and has a better air tight seal). It must be said that the tap has to be screwed on as tight as you can to prevent leaks. Mainly, it is possibly a better vessel than most others in its price range.

Great sturdy bin.
Great sturdy bucket & firm lid which seals well. And my little bottler fits onto the tap no problem. The finish of the tap hole wasn't great as I had to chip away loose plastic left over from drilling. I chose this over a 25 ltr bucket just to give some headroom so there's less chance of rising foam (krausen) hitting the lid... until you get used to how tight to tighten tap..I'd advise that after cleaning & fitting the tap back on...fill it with water to make sure it's tight enough with no leaks...wamish water else condensation will form making it hard to tell if it's leaking.. Overall a great bin. Happy brewing! :) I've taken to using a powerdrill with paint mixer attached (one of my other reviews) to mix the brew....it gives off so much foam that it hits the top of my 25 ltr bucket but have headroom with this.

Buy a normal cheap bucket and a separate tap... drill it yourself (as this is what's required here)
Why pay for a bucket with a tap for it to arrive with no hole drilled for the tap, just left in there for me to do??? I could buy a much cheaper bucket in that case, and a tap, drill the hole... as this is what it is.... a bucket. Bit cheeky frankly...

Much better than the previous flimsy alternative that I had
Much better than the previous flimsy alternative that I had. Seems perfectly airtight and bubbles away nicely. Lid is slightly awkward to remove at first but once you get the hang of it is fine. Much better to be airtight!!

Bucket galore
Not really a lover of these ones tended to leak under pressure but it is what it is

So impressed I bought 4 AAA+++
Perfect size easy to move around and draining can be set inside so sediment is left behind at the bottom like carbon.
