Quality cue
Very impressed with the quality of this cue and case. The weight feels just right and the white ball does alot more with less effort than my old cue did.

Solid cue
Really clean in design and solid performance, after 4 weeks of getting used to it.One issue was the tip was not in the best condition upon arrival and could do with being re tipped after a few months.

Straight as a die. Update.
This is my 3rd cue soul cue and this is as straight as the other two. however there are two patches of colour dye on the ash cue. I assume from the butt staining. I’m hoping it will buff out. Not worth the hassle returning. See photos showing stains. I will put my own tip on as always. Apart from that it’s a great cue.UpdateStains buffed off with some fine wire wool.

Impressive
Delivered within 36hrs of being ordered over the Xmas rush period!! Securely packaged. I'm no expert but everything about this item looks and feels excellent. Cue appears to be of very good quality as do all the accessories that are included in the deal. Only wish I could do the product justice, lol.

BROKE AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS!
I brought this in december for my dad for christmas, he loved the cue and used it all the time after having multiple different cues in the past. But now in May the cue broke and one of the pieces that connected the extender has broken making parts of it unusable.He has contacted Cuesoul and they basically said tough luck buy a new one, but its obviously an expensive cue and for it to be unusable after a couple of months is stupid. I’ve missed the return period so now it’s just a waste. He really loved the cue.

I like it alot
It's my first proper cue and for the money I think it's good with all it comes with...I'm going to change the tip to a titanium one as the one on it is a bit hard but still does the job..would recommend it.
