This drill does a very good job. It can be used all day. It holds a charge very well. It's super cute. This drill is awesome and affordable! The only negative thing is, in comparison to my $500 drill, its not as strong. But it still works great! Highly recommend if you're a professional and need something affordable.

EDIT:Contacted the company and although it was outside the return date (due to my having problems the past year) the company was prompt and so polite and sent me a new unit!!GREAT service, GREAT companyWould highly recommendLove the item itself - it’s gorgeousBut I’d love it more if it actually worked. Only works when plugged in continuously and that’s only once at a time. Every time I have to use it, I have to unplug it (then the whole unit shuts off - it doesn’t charge ever) and then wait for it to reboot.

The media could not be loaded.  The nose on this is really quiet and it never leaves a fire burn! The charge holds on this for 10+hours. The max speed is 35 RPM and I never have to go past 4 or 5 ...sometimes 6 depending on the client. It lets me know if something is not plugged in correctly, the drill bits are easy to remove and place in, the grip is phenomenal and it gives you the option of fine edges or rounded edges! This drill is so top tier and perfect in every way...did i mention it was FREAKING CUTE!!!! Most def a must have.

The media could not be loaded.  So while it worked, I loved this drill! My partner even commented on how much quieter is was, and I was so taken by the sparkly gems and beautiful interface.However, it got increasingly glitchy each use and by the 4th time I used it, it wouldn’t start. I don’t know if this is user error - I attached a video of what it does when I try to use it now.I’m at a standstill with no e file again. I contacted support right away. I’m outside the refund window (this sat in its box for a while before being used) but support still accepted my request for an exchange! Not only that, but they are not having me send back the defective one! To top the cake, I spoke to support yesterday, and the new one is set to arrive by the time I finish work today.While I can’t quite speak on the quality of the product because I received a defective item, service was 10/10. Worth it! I’ll update only if there are issues with the replacement.

The media could not be loaded.  I was SO excited to finally buy this absolutely gorgeous drill. Got one use out of it (still would randomly turn off while using) and now wont work at all. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews having the same problem but decided to give this a try. Hopefully I can get a working one through lavinda. Im so sad.UPDATE: i was sent a exchange and the drill STILL DID NOT WORK. Do NOT waste your time or money on this drill. I know its beautiful but it is not operable. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment and go with a tried and true brand thats trusted.

I purchased this nail file to replace my older e-file that was bulky and had to be plugged into the wall. This e-file showed up fully charged and ready to use. The rhinestones on the outside are adhered well and there is no sticky residue left on it. The battery lasts for about 4 or 5 full sets of nails and fills before I have to recharge it. When I do have to charge it, it charges quickly and is immediately ready for use. You can even use it while it is charging which is super convenient. Its light weight and compact, yet very powerful and easily out performs e-files I have owned in the past. I have had no issues with its performance at all. I love the fact that it has a screen and tells you the exact RPM. I couldn't recommend this file more!

It looks really cute, but after time the little diamonds start to come off, still really good drill, low noise, very potent, the battery last a good amount of time, I would recomend for bussines purposes.

Tiene buen vortaje & no es pesada… lo que si es que no encuentro o no se si lo tiene es para ponerla en la cintura (no se si lo tiene!si alguien me puede dejar saber pues seria de gran ayuda si lo tiene o no)…de lo demas…hermosa!tal como en la foto! 😍😍😍
