I bought this a year ago and still use it today. i since looked for new docks but this literally wins in price and functionality. it outputs to both my 2 1440p monitors @144hz on hdmi while other docks within $100 can only do 1 monitor at that high of an output. works well with windows laptop i got for work, size is compact so you can leave it out of sight, and speed and charge never seem to be an issue. my only dislike is the usb c that connects to the laptop is pretty short and i have my work laptop on a stand so it dangles

Just received this little dock this morning. First impression is that it's small, seems well made, and works well! I plugged it into my Dell Inspiron 15 5502 laptop. Nothing immediately happened. I plugged an audio cable into the unit, and Windows immediately detected a new USB audio device. After a brief moment, my speakers were working. I then plugged my monitor into an HDMI slot. Again, instantly Windows detected a new display, and it came to life. I plugged the USB receiver for my mouse and keyboard into the rear slot, and it was quickly recognized and installed. I tested both of the card reader slots and they worked without issue. I tested each USB port on the front with a thumb drive, and they worked. I have not tested the DisplayPort or ethernet jacks because I don't have anything to plug into those at the moment. I plugged my phone into the unit's USB-C jack and it the notifications area of my phone said it was charging over USB, but I noticed the battery percentage dropped a bit instead of climbing, so maybe my phone was confused about that. I did not test this for long. In short, I'm happy with it. I painstakingly selected this unit from the ones available on Amazon because my laptop's only USB-C port is on its left side, and I wanted the USB ports on the unit to face front when in use, with HDMI ports facing rear. The ONLY thing I'd change if I had the choice would be to move the audio jack to the "rear" of the unit (the same side as the HDMI ports) just so the audio cable would be a little more out of the way in it's configuration on my desk. I plan for this to stay on my desk full-time but it's compact enough that it could be thrown into a bag as an easy mobile dongle. Update one week later: On one occasion, when waking the computer from sleep the peripherals attached to this device did not work. I rebooted and all came to life as expected. Waking from sleep can be problematic for lots of computers and peripherals so I didn't blame this unit much. I wouldn't change my opinion of the unit over it.

I bought this docking station for my home office. Connecting 2 monitors works very well, so is the power charging function is good. However when I connect a USB device to the docking station such as Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard combo, it work intermittently (at best). I thought it’s a distant or a line of sight. I reduced the distance to less than 6 inches, and a direct line of sight. Neither measure worked. However, if I plug in the USB device directly in the laptop, it works very well at a great distance and without a direct line of sight. My business office uses a Dell docking station (Dell laptop) and doesn’t have the same problem. The other feedback, I wish if the attached USB C cable is 6” longer to give more flexibility. It’s still worth the low cost, it allows me to be a lot more productive.

It worked on 1 laptop but doesn’t work with my new HP computer. I checked for driver updates and have done everything to recognize my dual monitors to no avail. Be careful when buying this product.

Love all the available options to hook up other devices. Great product.

The quality of the dock is great. It feels strong and heavy, so it doesn't slide across the desk. It fits on my desk nicely and is compact enough to not take up too much room on my desk. The included power supply charges my laptop, work phone, and personal phone very well while also allowing me to organize cords.

Works well
