I slipped these over young fruit as it was ripening on the fruit tree.It protected my fruit from the grackles who like to peck at the developing fruit. Yes it takes a minute or 22 put the mesh bag over each peach, lemon or orange. But it only takes a couple minutes and your fruit is protected. The sun still gets through the mesh.

A simple and inexpensive way of o try to protect my grapes from the birds. Very easy to use, but I won’t actually know if they do the trick until they grow and ripen.Worth a try though

I really liked that product arrived fast, in good condition and worked! Most important is the durability. Used these to protect my baby grapes as they grew. You really get a good run for the value of your money on this one. Did I mention it was easy to install?

I bought these in hopes of curtailing the codling moth infestation of my apples. They did NOT work at all. Jury is still out on sunburn prevention so far no sun damage with another month to go. But I found evidence of holes through the bags at the exact same spot in the apple. Frustrating that the return window has passed by the time I got clear evidence of failure. What does work for coddling moth are the green hanging codling moth traps with a pheromone lure. Further, the bags do occasionally have manufacturing defects. Some are easy to fix but some are not. So quality is just ok out of the package. Not high quality at all. If they are correctly manufactured, very easy to use. But not sure it's worth the time. Hanging traps is WAY easier and more effective as far as I can tell. [ I would like to add that although the product didn't meet my expectations, the customer service of the business selling them was outstanding. I did not expect anything from them since the return window had already closed. However a company rep did reach out to me to problem solve. They ended up refunding me my entire purchase without me asking. They seemed genuinely sorry and wanted photos of the damage in order to improve the product. It very well could be that my codling moth infestation is too intense and a more minor infestation would be mitigated better. So I am upgrading my 1 star review to 3.]

These protection bags did exactly what I needed them to do. They are light weight, easy to put on and off the blueberry branches and didn't hurt the leaves or the berries at all. This is the first year in four years we haven't had to complete with the birds and the chipmunks for the berries. Love this product! - ms

Easy to hang on my nectarine tree, will have to return in a month or so to see how the harvest goes.

We used these to prevent birds from pecking our tomatoes and my son used them to protect his peaches. The bags worked great for both!
