This is a really nice dispenser for cold drinks! The jar itself is sturdy, the stand and chalkboard labels are cute, and the construction of the spout is very good. I filled it with iced tea and then transported it to an event, holding the spout handle down with a large rubber band over the whole container - no leaks! No dripping during the event! I’m so pleased! Since I used it for unsweetened tea, cleanup was very easy. Maybe not so easy to clean the spout if you’re filling it with something more sticky, but it is removable, and comes with a wrench that fits the inside and outside nuts. (Tip - tape it to the bottom of the stand.) It’s a really nice looking/functioning product for the price. My only negative comment is that the metal lid is kind of cheap and I wish it were lined. A minor issue for an overall good product.

I received the 1 Gallon Drinks Dispenser (with spigot and stand) today. It was well packaged; the bottle is nice, heavy glass; the spigot is very heavy-duty stainless steel; the metal washers and rubber washers for attaching the spigot to the jar fit together well and tighten easily with the included (orange) "wrench". The stand is nicer than I expected and very easy to assemble.I'm not sure why this is a "Frequently Returned Item". I'm very glad I didn't see that message when I made my purchase. I notice some customers had the following complaints and it's possible these problems have since been corrected -- "smaller than I expected": the size ("1 Gallon") is at the very beginning of the item description; "stand hardware was not calibrated well" / "[wrench device] for tightening the spigot did not fit": mine all fit perfectly and I appreciate the nice dual ended screwdriver that was included, and the little orange "wrench" is very clever; "instructions for assembling the stand would have been nice": all of the instructions for both the stand and the spigot are on the Amazon product listing, and mine had the same instructions for the spigot installation in the box, as well. Overall, I'm glad I bought this and recommend it without any reservations. If that changes going forward, I will update my review.

This is great for keeping your dispenser off of the table or wherever you place it. It’s sturdy, durable and easy to assemble and take apart. Great value for your money. Easy to clean and looks good.

Stand for your pitcher is just what you need. Sits nicely on the stand and looks great. You are able to pour from the spout with out making a mess.

I bought this drink dispenser for making continuous batch kombucha since I couldn't find anything in my local stores that were either affordable or met all the requirements I was looking for. Received in great condition. Works really well. NO LEAKS! Juice was in container for a couple of days after event -there were no leaks. Easy to set up and clean up.

It is cute with the stand, but the liquid comes out of the spigot so slowly that we can't even use it. It would take forever for a group of people to get drinks. It's too bad the spigot is awkward and has a very slow flow. It would have been great without this problem.

Products were exactly as described and easy to assemble. I like that all of the parts can also easily be disassembled so that everything can be cleaned. The glass seems to be a good quality and is clear and washes easily. I also liked the fact that the set came with stands, which allow guests to pour their drinks more easily
