Q: I don’t see a Size chart. What size for average woman?

I ordered the s/m , I am 170 lbs and it fits great and can adjust to your hand , wrist size.

Q: What is the real size chart? There are 3 different size ranges listed in this post. What is the circumferance in inches of the wrist on size S/M?

I used the size chart provided by the manufacturer and it was accurate. S/M is 13-20 cm or 5-7.8 inches. L/XL is 20-26 or 7.9- 10.3 inches The brace is adjustable with Velcro straps so you can find your comfort level if you use the manufacturer’s size chart.

Q: Does the Dr's brace keep wrist in neutral extension?

kept my wrist in alignment but not in tension helped though to relief stress on wrist

Q: Does the FREE FULL recovery package with rubber band come with rubber band instructions?

No. It's just a small band fits around wrist but it's wide. Could lookup some instructions.
