My conure group but more importantly my avian vet recommended this food. Easy easy transition from Nutrisoft pellets! Our conure really likes them. I do put the pellets in the food processor to make smaller pieces though because our guy likes to dip them in his water or drops them alot.

Our parrot has been on this food for over 35 years and he is in perfect health. He loves these pellets plus his fresh fruits and veggies.

I used to buy from Harrison’s directly for my Yellow Naped Amazon but have recently switched to getting his food through Amazon. I have always been very pleased with their products and my Beaker boy loves their bird bread as well.

My bird enjoys this food

Have been feeding this to my goffin cockatoo, as his main food, for 14 years. He gets fresh stuff and some other things to eat, but mostly this stuff. Goffin cockatoo is 19/20 yrs old now. Had his blood work done a year ago. He’s very healthy still. Plus his wings have never been trimmed. So he gets a lot of excercise. I give him Harrison power treats as well.

My vet recommended my birds eat this food. They both took to it right away. My only complaint is that the last time I received it, there was about an inch deep of crumbled pellets, just about dust, that my birds of course won't eat. I don't know what happened to this bag, but it's too expensive to have a bunch of worthless dust in the bottom of the bag.

My African Grey bird loves this! I love how quick this item ships and the bag is resealable so his pellets stay fresh. It is definitely worth the money.

C'était pour un gris, qui n'aimait rien à part ses graines, et il m'a surpris à aimer les decortiquer comme des friandises :o Un bon point donc, puisque ces extrudés d'une marque bien connue et réputée (son prix aussi) sont équilibrés du point de vue apports indispensables (vitamines etc). Et il en mange tous les jours un peu (pepper coarse ou Adult Lifetime Coarse : il n' a pas l'air de préférer l'un à l'autre) A tester, mais extrudés en tout cas de très bonne qualité nutritionnelle et qui semblent appréciés note : coarse signifie que ce sont les grosses croquettes, de la taille d'une grosse noisette Pratique pour prendre dans sa patte pour depiauter. L'incovnient est que des mini bout ont tendance à sauter un peu autour quand il les mange, mais bon c'est sec et bien plus facile à nettoyer que d'autres aliments (et ca me permet de ne plus donner systématiquement des vitamines pour compléter son alimentation jusque là trop déséquilibrée).

Birdo went on a hunger strike when waiting for delivery in a snow storm. It has never had a recall that I know of.
