This is the best shoe I've ever had. So.comfy and has improved my parkrun 5k times

Comfortable to wear and bought 1 size bigger than my normal shoe size to allow for foot expansion when they get hotter. Good ventilation through upper material .

Very light shoe and great quality. Unfortunately for me I found my left heel rocking outboard. It was though there was not enough black tread outboard to spread my weight thus feeling like the foot was rocking on the edge of the black tread and white foam. Sensation of a chunk of heel missing. It's definitely a shoe for faster runners and the mid sole was too firm for my liking...prefer more spring in the foam.
