Hello Louise, Did you purchase the Kettle? If Yes, please, contact us directly and we will assist you. Note, for cleaning this Kettle is NOT necessary to put your handle inside to clean with soft towel, as it may scratch the glass and then glass will not look nice! You, just put a bit of White Vinegar to cover the base, or Descaling Solution, then top up with Water and boil 1 time. Leave for 30min solution to work for you, then you will see that base of kettle and glass will shine as a new. Wish you all the best! If not, then add a bit more White Vinegar and repeat the process & let solution to work for you! After you clean well with solution, have to rinse 2-3 times the kettle.

Q: Does this kettle always have condensation left hours after use?

A general answer is yes. But the amount of the limescale staying on the inside kettle wall depends on how hard the water is.
