Oh my gosh! The compression boards were just perfect to add to my faja. The back board relieved so much low back pain. The front helped to smooth out my belly button area and relieved the swelling in front. I just had a 360 tummy tuck / lower body lift.

The foam and back board are made of easy to clean or wash materials - however the ab board is not. This is covered with a soft stretchy fabric with a hard underlay. It works for the post surgery purpose but makes keeping it clean and fresh a bit harder task. I think this could be improved by at least a removable, washable cover. Over all the set is good for the price but I would not buy again.

Love these foam boards I use them with all my fajas. They are comfortable and they make my healing from my tummy tuck so much better.

The board to be used on the abdomen was ridiculously hard and stiff. Does not conform to your shape at all! Not sure how anyone could use it. I tried using the board meant for the back on the front (the one that's shaped like a shield). I'm the end, I've only been using eye foam insert for support and to shape my contours. I would recommend just buying a pack of foam inserts bc these boards are useless. They're too hard and stiff to help at all. Foam does a good job of providing support and shape.

Used this for 3 months after lipo and they fit great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t like these at all. These are a no for me. I was advised to buy these after surgery but I feel these wasn’t it for me. You can purchase and try because the quality is good. It’s just a no for me but you know everyone is different.
