Yes it does and I would highly recommend this item

Q: Would this be suitable to cover bottom half of walls to stop cats scratching wall paper

I dont think it would as once the cats have scratched it you would have to replace so you could use sticky back plastic a cheaper version of it.

Q: Could i use it for greenhouse roof

It's reasonably thick but I have no idea what your I intentions are. Waterproof? Substitute panelling? You'd need to secure it pretty well to save it blowing ff and after 3 years out in the elements it becomes brittle and begins to disintegrate. I use it for a closh to bring on seeds in my raise beds 3m&1.5m and remove after about 8 weeks. So short term use and bring out every year.
