Works great, but your signal will be slightly weaker.
I have had this installed for 2 months now and I have barely noticed any issues with my am/fm radio stations. Signals that were already weak with the factory antenna still work and are clear which was surprising. They have a tendency to cut out if in a tunnel or going up a canyon. But I bought it suspecting the signal may be weaker.I haven't noticed any sun damage to the antenna but it is still relatively new.

Good quality, anodizing needs help
I’ll start by saying Ronin’s customer service was 5/5. They sent me a 1-time replacement without any issue. The antenna started black, and after about 18 months in the Northern Nevada sun the anodizing faded to the green you see in the picture. They said they’ve improved the anodizing on their other options, I just prefer the discreet antenna. Anyways, no issues with performance or connectivity, but just the finish needs improvement. Loctite on the adapter works great because taking the old one off was a pain, had to use channel locks. The new one installed very easily.

Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service!My order from Amazon did not have the required adapter I needed for my 2009 Ford F250. I contacted Ronin via their website and I they responded to me within the hour. I gave them the information they needed and a couple days later I had the adapter I needed.The antenna is flexible as advertised. The antenna is shorter than the OEM antenna so range of reception is limited but I get enough reception I need in the canyon or for traffic alerts.Again, antenna is as advertised. The customer service is what gets this product 5 stars

It’s looks great and feels like a quality antenna
Everything’s holding up with this item even through washes. Originally my gasket for this item arrived damaged but they sent me a replacement and responded to my emails in a timely fashion. I will be purchasing the antennas so long as they make them for what I drive.
