Lenovo IdeaPad 1 with 15.6" FHD display, AMD Ryzen 5-7520U,8GB RAM,512GB SSD, Integrated AMD Radeon™ 610M Graphics, Windows 11 - [82VG00DNAX]

We purchased this Lenovo from DXB Laptop Arena in Oct 2023. This month July 2024 as the laptop wouldn't turn on I contacted the seller and they responded immediately. They confirmed it was under warranty and arranged for it to be picked up so they could check what is the issue. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me updated at all times. They found the issue and advised the correction. This was all done within 3-4 working days. I highly recommend as they were very easy to deal with and the customer service was so helpful and efficient.

I received it on time and product is of great performance. I am happy with the product. Only one issue with the Windows 11 Activation Key which I have not received. Any idea how to get it?

Price was good so I bought it for my wife as she is a teacher n she need something which is fast and efficient. So this product suits her requirements. However after 7 to 8 month screen started flickering its very constant. Sometimes happen just after turning on and flickering stays up to 10 to 15 minutes. And sometimes happen for more than 30 to 40 minutes while using laptop on battery or without battery for like 1hr. I have raised to lenovo service center, as per them this product is not from UAE. It is from outside. So they requested me to call back Amazon customer care and try to connect with the reseller who has listed this product online Trust me, it’s in hassle for me to chase and get the repair done but still, I am in the middle of something which is unknown I raised this issue on 3rd June, on 15th June amazon team has refunded back my amount. Would highly appreciate there service who not only understand my query but also helped in with consistent follow up. Dont by this laptop two main reason 1) This laptop is originated from KENYA 2) Warranty is applicable to KENYA region only. 3) Screen flickring issue will definatly come, i dont how much other customer are not getting.. UAE Lenovo team might charge you it you cant to repair this. So, be wise and save you money.

Good as i expected

(Overall review I suggest for this cost if you are looking for a school student laptop or minimal work load this okay, but if you need long lasting battery life, good Webcam, screen clarity would suggest otherwise) Lenovo ideapad 3(1TB, 20GB RAM, Core i5, Windows 11, laptop in Abyss blue. As for the freebies the headphones(white colour) are as expected but for the Bag instead of the lenovo side bag I received a bag pack(Black colour) instead when I needed a shoulder bag. And as for the laptop, I got this laptop in (July'24) at first it was functioning well except for windows activation and when connecting to wifi it kept restarting and I had to install some updates and for the Keyboard layout some keys are in a different language such as the Delete and ESC key. Update (Sep'24): Now it's been almost 2 months since bought and I noticed that the screen from the top keeps flickering I'm not sure if it's going to lead into more screen issues (will update). Also I personally could not download the invoice after the purchase nor could I contact the seller in anyway to request for the invoice or for any queries related to the the laptops functioning. Update (Dec'25): it's been a little over a year using this laptop but I haven't been able to update my review so here are a few things I noticed the camera quality is very grainy especially for videos or photos and online meetings. Plus a big issue started facing after 2 months of use was poor battery it barely lasts for 2 hours or less.

I bought the product for personal use and then encountered the issue with the windows as the provided key 🔑 had failed to activate the windows, so I reached out to Amazon customer support, they connected me to the seller, they sent me new activation key and now the laptop 💻 is so great. Happy shopping 🛍

Great product from Lenovo. Battery performance is ok for light use. Lenovo Laptop bag was good quality. Nice and lightweight, excellent for traveling. Key board not back-lit though. I received pink headphones though.
