TrimaxTH43 4-3/8" and 2-3/4" Keyed Alike Receiver Pin Lock Set

first of all, this is a great product--nice quality, key locks work great, and are an excellent substitute for the original ones.the only small issue I have, and it is in no way a problem or complaint, but I just wonder why the hitch pin, the one that goes into hitch on the car, is so long? The pin is about an 1-1.5 inches longer than needed, and is different from the factory model, which is an exact fit for my car hitch receiver. Again, it's not a knock on the locks, pins or quality of the product, just a question/observation.

Well made and I expect very difficult for a crook to remove. However, don't count on the keyhole cover. It is flimsy and poorly attached - I can pretty much assure you that it will fall off and get lost. That is why I gave it four stars instead of five. For me that isn't a big deal as I do not leave it attached to the car for long periods of time.

Very nice. Use on an F-250 2 inch hitch. This fits EXACTLY TIGHT and there is NO PLAY once you get the device connected and locked down. I like that. Not sure if this is supposed to be that tight though. Had me worried at first but it does turn/spin when you wrestle/wiggle it. It is VERY snug fit.

I bought one of these before and it works great for my truck. The dust covers do their job, but can be a pain getting them to sit properly. I would however like to note that this product is only for a 2 in receiver!!! I bought a new truck with a 2 and a half in receiver and did not realize this did not fit. If your going to buy measure your receiver opening first.

nice pins, i got hit in the rear end of my trailer and the whole hitch mechanism broke but the pins held up fine no problems

This is a nice lock set and the price was great as well. I purchased a Anderson Rapid hitch nad wanted to make sure it stayed where it was supposed to. This gets the job done nicely, I would recommend.

Works exactly as described! Love this locking pin! One little feature that is really appreciated is the rubber cover for the lock.The sides are a little big, but I had no issues installing or using with a receiver. I used this when towing a Uhaul cargo trailer.

lock set is ok, just not a favorite of the type keys that come with them. they look like the type keys that fit cold drink boxes which mean they are round and don't fit very well in my pocket.

Cela fait pas pour le hitch trimax ajustable comme ça le dit dans la description la pine est trop grosse pour remplacer la pine pour l’ajustement de la boule en plus je doit payer 10,72 pour le retourner je suis déçu

They are still easy to lock and unlock but the finish is rusting.
