I have an umbrella cockatoo who is now 18 years old. I was advised by two responsible bird breeders NEVER feed sunflower seeds. This bird seed doesn’t contain sunflower seeds. They are VERY addicting to birds to the point is that all they will eat are sunflower seeds, so I’m always careful never to feed them to my bird(s).

Q: We don't use this that fast. Can we get it in a 1 Lb bag?

At the moment it is only available in a 5lb bag, for a great price. You can freeze 4lb and thaw 1lb at a time when required. BirdDog Depot only sells the most fresh food packed for us and shipped directly from the seed food company (ABBA in this case) to Amazon warehouses.
