Used these on my 2 cameras and tripod. Performed flawlessly allowing me to quickly switch between cameras.

Use them to mount a Canon M50 on various stands and tripods in the shop. Very quick to mount and dismount and quite secure. Will buy more for camera light mounting

Although it appears to be the same size and shape the tolerance is slightly too small to fit a peak design plate onto the latch.

That is exactly what I need for my S5iiX camera. I have yet to use it in a more modern tripod. Though, it works well in the old tripod mounting system. Has a metal construction and doesn't feel cheap at all. Neewer is doing great things.

The media could not be loaded. Let me preface my review by saying I make content every day and have 189k followers on tiktok @soilconnection. I am not amateur to gear. I had it locked, and my camera fell off my tripod while carrying it tilted while walking, and luckily, I was on dirt when it happened. I would not trust these with your nice gear. My 3k Lense could have just broken... BEWARE!!!! The failure is in the spring design of the locking mechanism inside. See my video to see the flaw. You may lock it on the outside, but on the inside if it is moved just right it can release. I don't know how such a failure of design could take place. This item has only one job to do... I like this brand as they keep things priced competitively and generally make good stuff, but this cannot happen Neewer! Please refund me, and remove this listing from amazon as to stop breaking peoples gear, and ruining your reputation for good...

Called Neewer. Erin said to send a copy or screenshot of invoice which I did. Still waiting to hear from Erin.On11/7/23 I received an envelope that was partially opened and item was missing again. I emailed Erin again. I received the item (a C009) in a box in less than 24 hours this time with no sign of tampering. It will be perfect for my needs. I will definitely shop Neewer again. Thank you Erin for your help.

This item is perfect! I mount a selfie stick to it and my 360 camera on top, and now I can disconnect it when I'm doing off-bike filming and still use the selfie stick. HUGE TIME-SAVER!!!
