Does not work with Google Pixel 2
Not "chip" enabled, so does not work with Google Pixel 2. This was my fault for not researching enough, not Moto Z's fault.

Pretty interesting how these work.You can flip it on one side and the headset mic doesn't work, flip to the other and the headset mic works. Probably intentional?Lends itself if you dont want to accidentally use your mic or want to force use of your phones built-in mic during calls. Pretty cool.For reference, Im using a Mi Mix 2 running Android 8+

So these are pretty much useless
These cause my phone (Moto Z Force Droid) to do the weirdest things. Any time I use one of these my phone gets erratic. Google keeps popping up and prompting for voice commands, other apps will randomly open. I usually watch youtube with headphones and the videos will pause and play over and over or it'll keep flipping through different videos. There's no way to stop it besides unplugging this adapter. The ones that came with my phone do not do this. So these are pretty much useless.

1st lasted only a month, 2nd a week
I have a Moto Z Droid. I got these because after about 6 months the one that came with mine gave out in one year. Occasionally when I plugged it in I'd get some weird rhythmic static, but replugging it in usually fixed it.However, after only a month this stopped working in one ear, and in just a week the second one in the package came out. I use my earbuds everyday, and I know for a fact it isn't them because they work fine on other devices and if I position the wire just right on these adapters, not my earbuds, they worked for a bit longer.You get what you pay for; I'm moving onto wireless earbuds.

I have a moto Z and these work great on that phone. Very happy with the price and performance. Would recommend.

Do not work. Plain and simple.Tried multiple devices.Insertion also felt wrong. The inside of the connector looks nothing like what it should either.The irony that the package loudly proclaims "The best"
