Liquid shots of collagen is genius! The shot is tasty enough not to aggravate, and delivers a healthy combo of all the recommended things that healthy hair, skin, and nails need to flourish day to day. After three days my hair was shinier than usual, thicker, and more lively. My skin took about a week, as did the nails, but plump and hydrated tissues and bright cuticles followed with regular shots. I don't know if you would need this every day to get the best benefit, but definitely wouldn't hurt to use for a week a month or so.

I could NOT handle the tasted. I basically gagged/choked. I requested a refund.

These collagen shots are almost completely pointless. They are extremely overpriced for the amount of collagen (6.5 grams) per serving, including the other ingredients, which are included in very small amounts. For all the sugars in these, they don't taste very good and are just tolerable to take, even when chilled. They include a lot of cinnamon, a great deal of which is leftover in the bottle no matter how much you shake them.Worse than that, these are a complete waste of environment destroying forever plastics. This company could have been heros and shipped this product in a large, thin-walled single plastic container, or even better, a glass bottle, with a shot cup, but instead they went the route of a dozen, thick-walled, small plastic bottles whose remnants will likely be around for long after we are all gone. Why does it matter? Because most plastics are not recycled as you may think. Plastics contain chemicals that mimic estrogens. Those chemicals leech out into the water and food supply. What happens when you dramatically increase the levels of environmental estrogens to humans and other animals? We are all living through that experiment right now. How's it working out? Believe it or not, I'm not one of these green tree huggers. But I am aware of what these plastics do and why it's important to start limiting them. Overall, there are far less expensive and better choices for collagen out there.

I wanted to like these – the ingredients are great. But the flavor – not so much.Thank goodness these come in small shot sizes. I wouldn’t be able to drink more than one gulp of something that tastes this yucky. The cinnamon helps, but not even close enough to cover the rest. I couldn’t even finish the 12 pack, so I didn’t see any improvements in my hair or nails.

The combination of collagen, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and biotin creates a powerful formula for overall health, addressing essential elements for skin, hair, nails, and joint health. While I take extra biotin and vitamin C daily for maximum effectiveness, the combination in this supplement serves as a comprehensive support.The convenient packaging of 12 bottles is perfect for on-the-go use, allowing me to take one with me wherever I go, ensuring I never miss a dose. This fits seamlessly into my busy lifestyle. The supplement has a bitter strawberry flavor, and when added to a glass of water, it imparts a natural sweetness. Occasionally, I mix it with some blueberry, and I enjoy the blended taste. Importantly, I haven't experienced any side effects such as upset stomach or discomfort.

Over $3 a shot (roughly $100 a month) for a daily supplement is a little much especially when it can take at least a couple months to see if you are getting any real benefit. These are high in sugar so high in carbs, not the best choice if you are a keto person. Taste is subjective, I personally didn't care for it, to me it kind of lingers. Would not purchase these again.

The ingredients in this formulation are outstanding, nothing artificial, in fact, everything is beneficial for you. However, while the presentation is really nice and convenient, I'm not happy about the use of plastic/waste. There's got to be a better way to package this with reduced plastic or no plastic, maybe mini aluminum twist off cans / peel tabs that can be recycled.While the taste is subjective, I like it, it reminds me a little of maple syrup. With that said, it does have 9 grams of carbs, so it may not work for those on strict keto and for those on LCHF diets, you may need to swap carbs. In addition, the product is expensive compared to powder forms (but you are getting quality ingredients PLUS you get everything you body needs to work with collagen, such as hyaluronic acid and vitamin c compared to just collagen only supplements,) however, one great use case for this to justify the price would be using it when your on vacation, esp. since each bottle is under the TSA 3.4 ounces limit.
