I have been buying these for a while, tried other brands and this one seems to suit me. They seem to help when my fingers hurt from a little arthritis and sleep quite well after taking in the evening. They work for me and I will continue buying them. For gout

I was told by my friend that he used this product to help his gout problem. I have been using them now ( 2 capsules a day ) for 2 months and I have had no signs of gout. I have changed my diet and taken out high purine foods but the capsules have helped. I would prefer to use this natural product instead of having drugs supplied by the doctor. This product is worth a try.

Easy to swallow and no side effects, these are an excellent product that I have taken for some time. Cost effective and very good quality product. Seem to be effective for what I wish for.

I am fortunate enough not to have gout myself but I have two friends who do suffer from it badly. I bought these capsules for them and they are both so grateful for that.
