Use it for a classic guitar. Made well. I used the original screws that were included in the package to install the hook on a dry wall. Works great. Its endings are soft-covered so it holds the guitar without scratching it.

Have 3 of these holding 2 electric and 1 acoustic guitar. As others have mentioned, to ensure they're secure on the wall, get yourself a stud-finder and screw them into wall studs. I have mine mounted this way and they are rock solid. No hesitation about putting my $3000 PRS on one. Another guitar has an asymmetrical head on it and the ability to tilt that cradle is great. Keeps it vertically level. The soft rings give some added peace of mind too. Holds the guitars far enough away from the wall that they don't touch, even my acoustic sits off the wall about an inch. Will be buying more of these as I make more room on the music room walls.

I like this product. The wood is great, the holes are drilled nicely and finished well. The two screws (for a wall fitting) are nice and long and I drilled and used two 6mm diameter rawl plugs to fit. The arms are lovely and padded.This sounds crazy but there are no instructions to change the width of the arms - it's not obvious when you look at the mechanism and you do not want to break anything. Basically you just have to either squeeze them together or pull them apart to fit round the first fret.Delivery prompt, packaging good.

If you lack space or need to store guitars out of the way in a small room, or perhaps away from little fingers, then this product is practical and looks nice too. Easy to fit and does not damage the guitars.

Love this hanger. Can put it almost anywhere. Sturdy and reliable. Already have 6 between me and my son. Wouldn't buy any other type.

My son has a number of guitars which used to be stored in both soft & hard cases. The hangars allow them to be out on display without taking up floor space. A good looking product that is easy to fit.

I'm hanging my Yamaha Bass Guitar with this and it copes just fine. Looks very neat on the wall. Copes with the weight without any trouble.
