I think it really works!
Been using this more or less since it was released in the thick of the pandemic. I use it when going into crowded places, or on public transport. I barely ever get sick these days. I think it really works!

I found no improvement or prevention
Causes discomfort despite using it correctly following the instructions, and I noticed no help from it, it made no difference for allergies and when I used it, it actually aggravated symptoms.doesnt clear nose or prevent symptoms. I can't say for certain about the cold or flu prevention but if it can't prevent allergies I don't see how it'd also block flu/ cold particles.
