Good piece of kit if you're installing a diesel heater.The castle is a standard size for drilling the hole for it to drop into and the fuel / air intake / exhaust holes are all in the right place.Made from aluminium the heat dissipation is good as well.I drilled 2 more holes in mine to run the pump power cable through to the outside of the van and the fuel line back to an internal tank.If you're doing that, choose a drill that's the same width as the black rubber hose that comes with your heater and cut off small sections to use as a grommet to protect your pipes and wires.

Buy the depth to suit your floor
These turrets come in various depths from 20 to 60 mm. Buy one that just fits the depth of your floor-too short and your flooring is exposed outside the van and too deep makes it slightly more difficult to attach the piping.Makes a much better job than the plate supplied with the diesel heater. Buy a quality holesaw.
