Fingerprint Smart Door Lock - Keyless, Keypad Entry - Biometric, Easy Install

I purchased this lock during prime days in July. Worked great! Stopped working 7 months later. Reached out to company through the app. Company reached back out almost immediately asked me to send some picture/ video of device, picture of my order number. Said that it was a issue with the mother board. Sent me out a replacement free of charge. Was delivered the very next day (Sunday)I love how easy this lock was set up both times. Love the different options of fingerprint, keycard, and actual set of keys. So happy with my purchase! Thank you for the great customer service!

Brought this lock back over six months ago after researching to find one that would fit the (tight) dimensions of the existing door. This one fit perfectly. It was also easy to install and set up on our phones. Everything about the lock was actually more than we expected, and have been very pleased. But for no apparent reason, the lock stopped working and nothing seemed to fix it (replacing batteries; hitting the reset button, etc.). I contacted the seller (which I found the email contact info at the end of the online operating manual) and they quickly responded- requesting a picture of the invoice and a short video of the lock (I assume to assure that the lock had not been abused)- and then sent another lock immediately- with an extended warranty to go with it! So- all together- I would definitely recommend this lock and seller. The price is good; the functionality is great, and they stand by their product.

Update: After 4 months one of the 2 door handles are completely dead. I've changed batteries, using the usb-c connector and nothing. Dead in the water. Didn't even make it to the first snowfall.I was waiting a couple month to see how this door handle would work and I'm slightly disappointed. It was really easy to install but the Android App leaves something to desire. Once you get it up and working it works really really well...until it rains outside then it is about impossible to get your fingerprint to work, the keypad is super sensitive and errors out all the time, then it will time lock you out and the speaker gets filled with water so then you can't hear anything from the door handle. Then you have to hope the App is working to unlock it which is 30% of the time. Just feel like this door handle is not meant for the harsh North Dakota climate of rain...I wonder what it will be like in snow time. Overall the only real positive is that the handle is easy to install, App and Functionality of the Handle not so much a joy.

I bought this smart lock to replace a plain passcode-only lock. This new smart lock is functionally capable of many different ways of access control (i.e., smart phone, fingerprint, passcode, key card, and keys), not to mention the WiFi and Google/Amazon voice controls which I haven't even tried yet. It's good to set up multiple access options in case one method does not work out in certain scenarios. For example, if wet fingers prevent accurate reading of the fingerprint, you could enter the passcode to unlock the door. The app even keeps a helpful log of who operated on the lock, when, and how. I also like the dark black and elegant appearance which goes well with my red door (see picture). Overall, the hardware looks solid and well made, and both the lock and mobile app are easy to install and use. Everything is quite straightforward!!

Review Update: Support reached out to make things right. I received 2 Wi-Fi gateways to work with the locks I purchased. Now I have the remote access I was wanting. The gateway was easy to setup and the locks work great as initially expected. 1 gateway will work for multiple locks if in close vicinity.Previous Review:I bought 3 of these locks for an Airbnb property so that I can provide privacy to visitors for individual rooms. The locks were easy to install & work fine from the app only if you are IN the home & paired via Bluetooth. BUT that defeats the purpose of remote access. You cannot, lock or unlock, set or generate new passcodes if you are not in range of the Bluetooth. The product does offer multiple entry options but for an Airbnb I would not provide the key fobs, keys, or fingerprints for safety reasons, so my only options are the keypad codes which will need to be changed after visitors leave. So if a visitor was somehow locked out of the room I’d have to find a way to the property, which is not realistic as I live in the South but the property is up North. I reached out to product support who did not resolve my issue. After googling & sifting through FAQs I saw that the only way to have sufficient remote access is to buy a separate Wi-Fi gateway which apparently costs around $30. Idk if one extra gateway will work for all 3 locks but if not, I’m spending an additional $90 for these locks to work properly. In short, you could probably spend more money on locks that will connect to your existing WiFi versus dealing with the expense of multiple gateways by purchasing these. Had that been clearly shown in the description, I would have opted for a different lock.

The media could not be loaded. Update: completely stopped working after 1.5 years !! Worked great while we had it - but it should probably work for longer than that (not just battery or resetting issue)This door handle has so many great features. It looks modern and sleek, feels heavy and sturdy, and has multiple access options. The fingerprint entry is my most used ! I gave my youngest the key fob for easy entry for her, and use a door code for guests (or if my husband can’t get his finger placement right). I like the app that comes with it- I can monitor when the door has been opened, can make sure it’s locked, and can set it to lock a certain time after it’s closed or at certain times of day. The only issue I have is that the fingerprint reader can be very particular - sometimes I have to try my finger multiple times to get the right placement. There’s also no manual lock on the inside, but this doesn’t bother me since I set it to auto lock a few seconds after it’s closed.
