Very sticky and strong. Used to tape my feet for a 100km ultramarathon and it genuinely prevented blisters in the usual places. 100% would recommend.

Used to protect my feet from blisters on a hike, the best thing about this tape is that it doesn't come off easily, lasted on my feet for a whole week of hiking without coming loose or peeling. Did a good job protecting my feet from blisters, I still did get some but I lasted a few days longer than normal with no issues, the tape also definitely stopped any blisters from getting worse and becoming more sore. Only issue is that when the tape got damp it became sticky on the outside, making it difficult to get my socks off as they would stick to it.

Always use this to protect my toes on long hikes, very comfortable and long-wear. Also used for strapping to support plantar fasciitis, very good stuff.

I heard so much rave reviews... like it was a miracle tape. But it disappointed me... it didnt last very long. I didnt even had water on it... it peeled off when I slept by itself in under 20 hours. Full of regrets. So expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.
