I’ve only been taking these (2 capsules not the recommended 3 daily) for 2 weeks and have already noticed that I sleep better and no more night sweats. If you going thru perimenopause, I would give these a try. The capsules are a little big, but that’s not an issue for me. Some vitamin supplements are larger than these.

Use them for my hot flashes, but you have to take a lot of them in order for them to work. Takes a while for it to build up in your system.
