Easy to use, helps to heal minor injuries

Bought this for a family member who gets rather hot and also suffers from cramp.. they love it. Place in freezer for a couple of hours & it’s great to use wherever you are.

Quality feels plenty good enough for the price I'm sure it will last years without any issues. The ball rolls smoothly in the enclosure so I can't really ask for more than that. Would definitely recommend.

I pop this on the floor and run my feet over it whilst I'm gaming after working on my feet all day. Probably needs some velcro to stay put, but it's real nice on my poor feet

Great item. Gets really cold which helps muscle recovery when used for massage. Despite owning a massage gun, this item gets lots of use and is ideal for a more accurate massage.

I have really tight calf muscles and always feel them twinging when I’ve been on a long walk with the dog. This roller ball is really good. It rolls smoothly and it’s really cold without being put in the fridge. I really apply pressure to my calves with it which is quite painful at the time but it really does loosen them up. Well worth the money and would have expected it to have cost more to be honest. Very pleased.
