It WORKS!
Very easy to use. Brush it on and walk away. I've used it on a multitude of species. And it preforms like it should. Water clean up. A double coat can be added within a few minutes of the first coat if needed. Of all of the other types of things that I've used, this is my go-to. A+

Best product for green wood
after nearly 20 years of using the product, it is still as effective as ever... controls the drying of wood and helps to prevent splitting/checking of green wood. I use it to coat turning rough outs to keep them in good condition while I finish other work. An outstanding product.

not much to say
I imagine almost everyone who orders this knows all about it. I find that it application is easy--it spreads well and stays where you put it, at least it does well enough that I end up with an even coating without gaps or thin spots. It does what they say it will; it seals. I've tried latex paint and such, but this works much better. It's fairly expensive, by my standards, but if what I want to preserve matters a lot to me it's worth it.

Works fine
Works fine, I suggest using two coats, let the first one dry.

Great product, stains wood.
Works really well at sealing end grain. However, it changes the color of wood, staining maple bowl blanks a yellow color. There must be some unwanted chemical reaction that seeps into the wood. Very good product, but beware color stains.

This is the right way to prevent lumber checking
I'd been told that latex paint on the ends of logs and flitches (slabs) wouldf be good enough to prevent checking. Unfortunate advice that cost be quite a few board feet of what would have been beautiful, wide maple. Anchorseal applies easily, and does a very good job of limiting the excess moisture loss throught the board or log end that will ruin your wood. No idea about cleanup; I just use an old brush that I keep in a ziploc. I've gone through two gallons with the same $2 brush.

Two coats works wonders
The wax absorbs sone so a second coat fills all “cracks” and keeps wood sealed
