Great bedside alarm clock
Great bedside and travel clock. Silent, easy to read, bottom to see the time at night. The alarm is excellent -- loud enough for me to hear without my hearing aids, and continues the alarm for a long time. And the Seiko quality. Highly recommended.

Don't buy, it actually has a ticking sound
It was silent unless you turn on the alarm, then it starts ticking, which defeats the whole purpose of a silent alarm click. Quality is terrible, it is going to the trash. Beware: this is made in China, not Japan. I want a refund.

Great little alarm clock
Very nice looking for a cheap little clock, and the smooth sweep of the second hand looks great and keeps it quiet... Alarm starts quiet and increases in volume, as well as changing sound so should work decent for waking you up... The lighting isn't that great looking, just one LED at the top that isn't dispersed very evenly, but it serves the purpose, and is only on when holding the button so not too annoying... The way the alarm switch pops out the top is nice too... Gives you a visual indicator that it is on, and makes it easy to turn it off (some similar clocks have a small switch on the back)... The clock is very small (2 inch/5 cm dial) for anyone not paying attention to item description... Battery was included...

Nice size for travel
I love the small size of this alarm clock. Very easy to pack when traveling.The red is a very nice red color.The quality of this little alarm clock is very nice. I was afraid it would feel and look cheap but the Seiko brand carry’s through with this product.It is advertised to be whisper quiet but I do hear a tiny sound sometimes if I listen for it…so I knocked off a star for that.The little light for night time viewing is too bright for me also. Would be nicer if the nighttime viewing light was dimmer as advertised, so I knocked off another star for that.Still love and use this alarm clock daily so I did not return.Overall I would recommend.

Small, great looking, and accurate
"Small, great looking, and accurate" says it all.While looking for a small clock for my desk, it appeared that some Seiko clocks use quartz movements and others do not. I was careful to get one that said it's quartz, and this one has been keeping perfect time for going on three months.

After a few months the LED light stopped working.

Perfect size, accurate and cool design. Clock is surprisingly mechanically loud.
Clock is great and holds time well. The clock mechanisms have become noticeably more loud over time. Definitely not a silent clock.

High quality clock, keeps very accurate time.
Small but with a fairly loud alarm. I use it for travel and bedside at home. Keeps accurate time. Worth the price for a Seiko.
