The putting together was a little tricky and the bag at the top didn't fit, but that was OK with us. It is very sturdy, just perfect for seniors who need a handhold.

Great for elderly safety. Height is wonderful as you can reach the ceilings and taller cabinets with ease. Larger weight capacity makes it very sturdy. With handrails, ladder still folds down to a small footprint and easy to store. Much lighter than the three step ladder we have now. Will be replacing two step ladders with this one (a two step and a three step). Buyer satisfied and this ladder highly recommended.

I'm older and once it is folded I can carry it with no problem. It is easy to unfold and fold. I'm on the chunky side so it is a little harder for me to climb the ladder (width wise) but I can do it if I put my mind to it. My hubby can climb it with no problem. I like the removable pockets to store stuff and the handles to hold on to as I climb it.

Love this its light weight and I can reach stuff now =) it is a little wobbly but nothing to bad.

Product description says it weighs 8.9 lbs. NOT so. It weighs nearly 20 lbs.

As we have aged, we found our two step ladder with no hand rails wasn’t safe. This fits the bill for us. Sturdy, easy to use and store, the handrails make us feel secure when we need to get up higher to change bulbs, clean, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Ladder itself seems pretty sturdy, but both the locking mechanism to hold steady when opened, and the attaching points for the handrails are very flimsy.Also, the top two holes in the ladder frame weren’t drilled all the way through, I had to drill out both sides.
