Arrived earlier than expected. Ideal to keep my drinks and bbq food cool. I really like the fact that the plugs are dual, I.e. you can use standard 3 pin plug or DC connector. It’s nice and deep with a removable shelf. Although I haven’t used this yet as it’s for a forthcoming camping trip I really impressed. Why did you choose this product over others?: to be able to use either ac or dc connection.

Good sturdy unit which does either cool or keep hot food warm Well made & not heavy Im using it constantly on cool so see how motor survives. But. , it does condensate quite a bit & therefore requires mopping up

If you are looking for something more than a cool bag, this portable chiller is ideal. A good size, the dual power option helps keeping things cool all of the time. Cost to run is cheap, built to a good quality and overall performance is very good.

Nicely made and gets quite cold large enough to get a bottle of champagne in.

I had to return this item because it was extremely loud when in use, far too noisy for a travel cooler. It made an unpleasant buzzing sound that didn't stop, making it unusable for long journeys or quiet environments. To make things worse, communication with the seller was poor. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and there was very little support throughout the return process. On top of that, I was charged to return the product, which I find unfair considering the item was not fit for purpose. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this cooler or this seller. Very disappointed with the experience.

I thought this was a good size cooler Haven’t use hot button as just wanted to keep long life milk cool and and individual clotted cream which I purchased off Amazon, I brought a larger cooler for fresh cream cakes & spreadable butter etc which is working fine but this original small cooler stopped working and the box 📦 will be in storage container with the rest of my furniture and belongings at Perth Airport Scotland This is the second small cooler I brought from this company and I gave the first away to charity shop as I was put in a homeless unit which had a fridge /freezer so wanted someone else to benefit from the cooler but left that homeless unit and brought the same cooler that I had as it was good but I’m not in Mercure Hotel Perth staying but cooler came with me to Glenrothes travelodge then Broxden Travelodge Perth then down to Richmond Travelodge Sheffield and in June 21st it stopped keeping my milk cold the cooler isn’t working and I’ve only had this for a few months So I round not recommend this cooler

Well made good price and size just what we needed.

Keeps food quite cold . Great for B&Bs that don’t have fridges in room . Quite noisy - so shut it in another room. Forms quite a bit of water in the bottom. But to be expected , will condense the water from the cold produced
