Ensure the male plug in pins are the correct size & length
Was looking for an over the ear unit that worked with the Motorola radio. Previous earpiece units had an incorrect plug that would not work with this unit. This earpiece did, works & sounds great. Price was excellent, and the service great. Definitely worth it from this vendor.

Make sure you get the correct jack measurement before you order.
I think it would’ve been fine except it did not fit the radio I use at work. My fault for not checking. Got it at a great price, so I’m hanging on to it.

CHEAP!!!!
I used this three Sundays in a row at church safety team. On the third week I had a stuck transmit button. It would open mic and stay open until I jacked with it or turned the radio off. Don't waste your $10.00. Put it in trash. Not cost effective to send it back.
