I've been taking these for about a month and a half, and it's been helping. You take two capsules a day which I’m not the biggest fan of.. They're not super small, but they're not too hard to swallow either. I noticed that my mood has felt a little more stable, and my PMS symptoms weren't as bad as usual. I wasn't as moody or crampy, which was nice. It didn't give me a big energy boost, but I do feel a little more clear-headed and balanced. The ingredients are healthy and natural, and I like that it doesn't have any dairy, soy, or artificial stuff. It also didn't upset my stomach or cause any weird side effects. It's not a magic pill, but l've seen some real improvements. I'm planning to keep using it and see how it works over time. I’d say it’s a good value for the money, because they ARE effective but could be stronger.

This product worked well. I was able to sleep within the first couple of nights. I was a bit more relaxed. The pills were a little bigger than expected but a friend tried a different brand and so we're hers. Not a deal breaker. I only was able to use it for a couple of weeks as my chin broke out in acne and my face was a bit oily. This may just be my hormones balancing out but was not willing to continue.

This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. I've only been taking them a short time and the biggest change I have noticed is my Mood swings, (which is the reason I purchased them in the first place). Just 2 a day and my anxiety is on the down low. My moods are happier, no more snapping at everybody, and I'm actually getting sleep now. I go to bed and wake up in a much better mood.
