Q: I'm a big girl. My tummy is about 60 inches around. Would this fit?

Yes it would my waist is 46 and it fit with a lot more room

Q: Would you be able to put them face out ?

You can turn the baby face out but when I tried it, I don't think my son was very comfortable. It definitely works better facing the baby in.

Q: Would this work.for.twins

This is a single baby carrier. There are others on the market that are specifically made for twins.

Q: Can I use this with my 1 month old?

Yes. I used it from birth to currently almost 11 months. When my son was newborn, I rolled a receiving blanket up and placed it under his bottom as long as it didn't pass the edges of the seat. It wasnt actually necessary but he sometimes slouched down when he slept and I wanted his head well above the neck line. I reach for this carrier more than I do my Ergo Night Sky. :)
