Boric Powder - 200 gm (7.05 Ounces (Pack of 1))

My wife will review this product.I got this boric powder to use in my laundry, even though the quality is so pure. You can feel it when you hold this bag compared to another bag of boric acid powder. While this powder is fine enough to use in other purposes like makeup, etc, my intent is to use it in my laundry to help my soap foam up more and clean our clothes better. Especially big items, like comforters, and our thick winter clothing.It softens the hardness of water and gets rid of dirt & impurities. That's why it is mainly used in cleaning products; it enhances the foaming ability in laundry and improves cleansing. Some people use it as a DIY ingredient in homemade laundry soaps, detergents, carpet fresheners, and kitchen cleaners. It also minimizes odors.

I am planning to use this as a DYI pest control, cleaning agent and laundry soap. Just what I needed to deter "visitors" from my kitchen. Despite being spotlessly clean, every now and then a visitor makes their way in. I can only think this is from behind the stove, where there are openings around the gas pipe. Since I can't reach that area, I will put some of this behind the stove so that our visitors get the message. I've known other people who have used this successfully, so fingers crossed. This is more than enough for what I need and comes in a resealable bag.

A resealable, 7 ounce pack of boric acid. It says cosmetic quality. Very finely ground. Not sure what cosmetics you use boric acid for but I'm going to offer it to the ants that have taken up residence in my shop office. Good value for the package.
