I wanted to try this for the purpose of increasing free testosterone. My urine ended up turning a weird reddish color after taking it, which I read might be a good sign that it's detoxing the body of excess estrogen metabolites. Unfortunately, it also gave me a bad headache. I thought it might be interfering with my antidepressant medicine, so I stopped taking it. I may try taking a capsule every other day to see if it helps with that.

My functional medicine doctor told me I needed this for hormone balance. I have taken 2 different DIM products and could not tell any difference whatsoever. It may be an excellent product. I won't really know until I get hormones tested again. I had just hoped that I would be able to notice a physical difference that I did not.

There is so much to like about this supplement...great value for the money ( a 5 month supply) 400 mg in one capsules so 1 will do instead of the 200mg caps it is usually sold in..added bioperin to enhance the ability of your body to use it ..contains all the nutrients of more cruciferous veggies..cabbage, broccoli etc. Than you could eat at one time..very good choice to enhance your health..I feel good about taking it as I had breast cancer seemingly enhanced by estrogen and was actually encouraged to eat more of these kinds of veggies..yeah for Holistic Health products
